Our fellow Mortgage Brokers and Agents play an important role in helping us place our private commercial mortgage lender client's investments in Ontario. We work closely with Brokers and Agents across Ontario to help them close their hard to place deals. We pride ourselves in providing fast turn around times, and quick closings. For new agents joining the industry, we discuss the deal in depth to help them understand the deal. If it is a deal that our clients will not like to do, we will surely tell you who will do it to the best of our ability, or provide you with an "out of box" solution.
